FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I found another back brace for $29.95 - why is
yours so much more?
That is a GREAT question, and one that we enjoy
answering! THE BACK BRACE™ is a medical grade brace that
is often times prescribed by physicians. Our brace
corrects posture, eliminating back spasms, increasing
core strength and keeps vertebrae in their proper
alignment like no other back brace can. The patented
pulley system enables users to easily adjust the fit
with one hand. As an outdoorsman you can set the brace a
little loose, and then rely on the pulley system to
tighten it up to comfortably transition between sitting
and standing. This is extremely convenient when hunting
and fishing, and you stand, walk and sit ALOT.
As those that enjoy hunting, fishing and shooting know,
your lower back get TONS of abuse, yet it doesn't occur
to most people to have a quality piece of equipment to
help it. WE ARE ON A MISSION TO IMPROVE THAT MINDSET!
Typically speaking, does a pair of $29.95 hunting boots
out perform a $130.00 pair? Of course not, but the
reason we spend good money for quality boots is because
we know that we will get several years of use from them.
Same thing with THE BACK BRACE™!
THE BACK BRACE™ is made of durable nylon mesh, and the
back support brackets are made of high impact plastic.
The patented pulley system has nylon strings that are
reated at 200 pound tensile strength. Our back brace is
NOT a neoprene brace, nor is it made with cheap
materials.
The thing we hear alot after some puts on THE BACK
BRACE™ for the first time is "WOW!...this thing is so
comfortable!"
What are the details of
your limited warranty?
- 30 day money back guarantee as long as the brace is
returned to us in the original condition, unless the
brace is clearly defective.
- 90 days on the belt portion if the material is clearly
defective.
- 180 days on the pulley system if the product is
clearly defective - meaning just the pulley system can
be replaced.
What do you mean by "if
the product is clearly defective" and "limited
warranty"?
First, in the vain of plain talk, we would like to clear
this subject up here. Unlike some companies, we will not
look for ways to prevent refunding your money if you are
sincerely not happy within 30 days, nor if you discover
after 30 days the belt broke through no fault of your
own. If the pulley system broke because you hooked a
drag rope onto THE BACK BRACE™ and tried to drag a deer
out of the woods and it broke, or if you think the brace
is going to enable you to lift 100 pounds more than you
usually can (which it won't) - well let's just say we
cannot warranty against things like that. Truth is, if
you take care of your brace properly it should provide
you many years of support! We have tested THE BACK
BRACE™ under some pretty harsh conditions, and it
continues to perform like it was designed to do.
However, it is so durable that some people have used it
for activities that it was never designed to handle -
hence the need to state "if the product is clearly
defective" and "limited warranty".
I love THE BACK BRACE™,
but I am having trouble adjusting it right. What are my
options?
That's easy! Call us and we will walk you through over
the phone on how to do it.
How do I properly take care of THE
BACK BRACE™?
You can easily detach the pulley system and clean it
with a damp rag and a mild cleaning agent. Once you
remove the pulley from the brace you can then handwash
the belt and air dry. Once dry, reattach the pulley
system and you are good to go!
Do you give medical
advice?
No. You should always consult a licensed medical
professional prior to using any medical device, and
under no circumstances should THE BACK BRACE™ be used as
a weighlifting aid. Verve Outdoors,Inc. assumes no
liability for injury sustained through the use of THE
BACK BRACE™. Verve Outdoors, Inc. does not practice
medicine, nor do we provide any medical advice. |
