  We review each application carefully and determine eligibility at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject or remove sites at any time, for any reason. To learn more about the criteria we use in evaluating potential affiliates, please read the Affiliate Agreement. Under no circumstances will any Web site not in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 be accepted, nor will be any site that contains sexual content, abusive language, hate related, or illegal activities.

• Do I have to have a Web site?

  No.  However, You must be compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 with however you advertise your link.

• Can I post my link/banner graphic on Facebook?

  Yes.  However, you CANNOT post your link on other people's page without their consent, and you must be compliant with CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

• Is SPAM allowed, and what constitutes SPAM?

  Spam is the use of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast media, digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately. While the most widely recognized form of spam is e-mail spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media: instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine spam, spam in blogs, wiki spam, online classified ads spam, mobile phone messaging spam, Internet forum spam, junk fax transmissions, social networking spam, television advertising and file sharing network spam. SPAM is strictly prohibited, and if used will be in violation of our Affiliate Agreement.  Verve Outdoors shall be held harmless from any action(s) you take that are considered SPAM.  Any action by an Affiliate in regards to our Program that is not in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 will be in violation of our Agreement.

• How are commissions paid?

  Commissions are paid on monthly net sales, and do not include returns, sales tax or shipping and handling. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our products, and we will pay out commission on a particular sale after that thirty (30)day threshold has passed. Affiliate commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, and a minimum of $30.00 in commisison must be earned by an Affiliate in order for us to mail them their check.

• How do I keep track of my sales and commissions?

  By logging into your Affiliate account, you can access daily reports that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, sales and commissions earned.
   

• What happens if a customer I referred returns a product or disputes the charges after 30 days?

  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our products, and we will pay out commission on a particular sale after that 30-day threshold has passed and the customer has not returned the product.  Should the customer's credit card or bank card agreement allow them to dispute the charge after we have paid you a commision on the sale, then we reserve the right to debit your commission account. 
   

• What kinds of links are available to use for my Web site?

  Once approved as an Affiliate, you will have access to a unique referral link to feature on your Web site. You will also have access to a pre-approved graphic banners, which you can then assoicate your unique referral link with the banner.
